Delivery and Returns

Most CAF merchandise is shipped out of a facility in Dallas via US mail. Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days of placement. Orders that are custom or embroidered may ship separately and from a different location. Custom orders are hand made when the order is placed, so please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for those items to arrive. Should your order not arrive in a timely manor, please get in touch with the CAF by sending an email to media@cafhq.org or calling 877-767-7176.

Shipping costs are based on weight and range from $8 - $18. Sales Tax is charged to any orders delivered in the state of Texas.

If your order is not to your satisfaction, either send an email to media@cafhq.org or call 877-767-7176. In most cases you will be instructed to return the item to the Dallas facility.
